Do you need support with your personal yoga practice?
Check out my unique yoga programs designed to help you harness the benefits of yoga and feel empowered on your yoga mat. All my yoga programs are suitable for 1on1, Couples, Small Groups and Corporate Sessions.
Each yoga course is broken down into 6 sessions, lasting 60mn each. You will need to schedule the sessions directly with me. Sessions can be planned at your own desired pace. Sessions can be held on Zoom or face to face if within Roehampton, Putney, Barnes and Fulham areas. Sessions can be on 1 to 1 or small groups basis. The cost of each course remains the same regardless of number of people which makes it ideal for those of you who want to practice with friends, family members or work colleagues and looking for a budget friendly option as you can share the cost.
Fitness Yoga

This course covers the fundamental aspects of postural yoga including body and breath awareness, joint alignments, grounding and core work, integrating mind, body and breath. This course focus on common yoga postures and is ideal for those of you who are relatively new to yoga or would like to understand the postures a bit more before stepping back into your local yoga studio/class.

This course uses a powerful Vinyasa flow to increase flexibility and tone overall body muscles. In this course you will be gently encouraged to explore advanced yoga postures such as arm balance and backbends.
Therapy and Contemplative Yoga

Clearing the mind, calming the senses and soothing the nervous system are key aspects of this course. You will also be introduced to the practice of ‘Saski’ ie witness state. In this state we learn to observe our thoughts and emotions without interacting with them or acting upon them. This can be a powerful and effective way to promote mental health, emotional balance and healthy behaviour. We also work on rewiring the nervous system to help redefine the stress response.

Based on a gentle yoga sequence this course is a great complement to your current work out routine or while you are recovering from injury or illness. Can also help manage various health ailments such as chronic pain, arthritis, sciatica, frozen shoulder etc… . In this course we work gently with the body to support the natural healing and recovery process whilst maintaining a nurturing approach. Also good for releasing tension, reducing stress and anxiety and balancing the nervous system.

This course focuses on bringing physical, mental and emotional systems into balanced alignment through the intuitive guidance of the heart. In each module, we use energy cleansing and conscious release techniques (inspired from Krya yoga) to purify body and mind, prior to a heart centred meditation to connect with the qualities of the heart and infuse our whole being with gratitude, compassion, trust and care. In this course you are invited to let go of drama, trauma and any kind of stress or negative energy, in order to access the one and only true Self within, which is infinite potential and pure love, your highest form of consciousness that is all inclusive, always of service and uplifting. Hopefully it will uplift your physical being and everything around you
Transformation Yoga

Creativity and intuition are inherent human capacities that we can improve, develop and make better use of. In this course we follow yogic method to completely relax the mind and cultivate the quiet state that allows us to become more receptive to intuition, inner wisdom, divine insights and creative impulses as well as using discernment. The aim of the course is to understand how to apply the meditative method to make better use of intuition and creativity for problem solving, decision making and innovation in our modern day lives.

This course focuses on specific yoga postures designed to help you ground into your inner power and create stability and balance. Each module includes 30mn guided meditation and affirmations to help you settle into a state of self acceptance, self love and self respect. Join me on a guided journey through the chakras. You will learn about the 7 central chakras (energy centres) located along our spine, how to identify blocks and apply self healing techniques. This course is for everyone and is a great way to learn how to tap into your life force creative energy and strengthen your auric field. This course can be a great complement for those of you who are working to increase psychic awareness.
